Course prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) or US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change. Payment is required at the time of enrollment unless otherwise specified. We accept payment through:

6.2 Refund Policy

We offer the following refund options:

• Full Refund: Available within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content
• Partial Refund: Available within 30 days of purchase, calculated proportionally based on content accessed (minimum 50% refund if less than 50% completed)
• No Refund: After 30 days of purchase or if more than 75% of course content has been accessed

6.3 Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Completed courses (100% content accessed)
• Certification fees
• Special promotional or discounted courses (unless otherwise stated)

7. Course Access and Cancellation

7.1 Access Duration

Course access is typically provided for:

• 12 months from the date of enrollment for self-paced courses
• The duration of the course schedule for instructor-led courses
• Lifetime access for specifically designated courses

7.2 Course Cancellation by Student

You may cancel your enrollment at any time. Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy outlined in Section 6.2.

7.3 Course Cancellation by CanopyCode Labs

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or other circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.

7.4 Suspension of Access

We may suspend or terminate your access to courses if you violate these Terms of Use, engage in prohibited conduct, or fail to make required payments.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

8.1 Service "As Is"

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of content

8.2 Educational Outcomes

We do not guarantee:

• Employment or job placement after course completion
• Specific salary levels or career advancement
• Certification or accreditation by third-party organizations (unless explicitly stated)
• That course content will meet all your specific requirements

8.3 Technical Limitations

We do not warrant that:

• Our website or services will be available at all times
• Defects will be corrected immediately
• The service will be compatible with all devices or browsers
• Data transmission will be secure or error-free

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CanopyCode Labs shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use our services
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account or data
• Damages caused by errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in content

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. Please send a detailed description of the dispute to info@canopycodelabs.space.

10.2 Arbitration

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Cairo, Egypt, in accordance with the Egyptian Arbitration Law. The arbitration shall be conducted in English or Arabic, as mutually agreed.

10.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@canopycodelabs.space. Upon termination, you will lose access to all course materials and your account data.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms of Use
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Fail to pay required fees
• Abuse or harass other users or staff
• Compromise the security or integrity of our services

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to access and use our services will immediately cease
• You must cease all use of our course materials and intellectual property
• Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect
• No refunds will be provided for terminations due to violations of these Terms

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cairo, Egypt, for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CanopyCode Labs regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
